Dr. Allison Alexander is dedicated to providing exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. She partners with her patients to support their health and well-being at every stage of life. She is also recognized for her expertise in pelvic reconstructive surgery, bringing advanced surgical experience to women with pelvic floor disorders, prolapse, and related conditions.
Dr. Alexander also has a special interest in healthy aging and longevity-focused preventive care. She takes time to understand each patient’s personal health history, family risk factors, nutrition, activity level, sleep, stress, and long-term goals.
Her approach is evidence-based and practical: helping patients build realistic plans that support strength, mobility, bone health, heart health, metabolic health, cognitive wellness, independence, and joy in the decades ahead. The goal is not simply more years, but more healthy, capable, meaningful years.

Finding Our Office
Women First is located at the West Entrance of Suncrest Towne Center, behind Buffalo Wild Wings and Taziki’s.
Enter through the West Entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. When you exit the elevator, turn left and go through the glass door. Continue down the hallway; Women First will be a couple of doors down on your left.
